INDEPENDENCE, MO Every morning, I walk into a job I genuinely enjoy. I get to work on big, meaningful projects, the kind of work that solves real problems and serves others in a real way. There is a deep, quiet satisfaction in knowing that the hours I spend at my desk or in the office are helping people and building something bigger than myself. I take pride in that work, and I give it my best effort every single day.

But when the workday ends, I leave it right where it belongs.
